Yaalu Store

The Yaalu Store lets you spend your Yaalu Points on real items — merchandise, gadgets, gift cards, and more. Browse the store from the Rewards tab in the app.

Before You Start

You'll need a shipping address saved in your profile before you can place an order. To add one:

1. Go to Account → Edit Profile.
2. Scroll to the Shipping Address section.
3. Enter your full address and tap Save.

Browsing the Store

The Yaalu Store is in the Rewards tab. Each item shows:

• Item Name — What you're getting.
• Points Cost — How many Yaalu Points are needed.
• Item Image — A photo of the item.

Only Yaalu Points can be used in the store. Business Points cannot be used for store items.

How to Redeem an Item

1. Browse the Yaalu Store and find an item you'd like.
2. Tap the item to view its full details.
3. Tap Redeem with Yaalu Points.
4. Confirm the redemption in the dialog that appears.
5. Your order is placed and your points balance is updated immediately.

Order Tracking

After redeeming, your order moves through these stages:

Status	What It Means
Pending	Your order has been placed and is awaiting processing.
Processing	Your order is being prepared for shipment.
Shipped	Your order is on its way.
Delivered	Your order has arrived.

You can check your order status in the Rewards section of the app.

Good to Know

• Each order contains one item.
• Points are deducted when you confirm the redemption.
• Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
